Heritage Short Film Competition 10th (and final) Public Screening
The Singapore Film Society, with the support of National Heritage Board and Lee Foundation, is very pleased to announce the launch of the first Singapore Heritage Short Film Competition. Organized with the expressed interest of encouraging and nurturing a new generation of young and enthusiastic filmmakers, the mission of the competition aims to recognize fresh talents who will approach our vibrant Singapore Heritage with a fresh and exciting look.
We are pleased that our entries cover the gamut of heritage places, places of worship, tradition performances, traditional practices, etc. We look forward to surprise, entertain, and educate our audience with our participants’ competent works.
On 17 Jan, we host our final public screening at Toa Payoh Library, Singapore's second public library that was opened in 1974.
